The Legislative Assembly of Paraná (ALEP) trained civil servants on the electronic information system, SEI. The tool is considered essential for the modernization and digitalization of the administrative processes of the House of Laws.

The activity was promoted by the Legislative School, filling the plenary this Thursday, 12th. The objective was to present the platform's functionalities and improve performance in administrative activities.

“Another activity by the School to help and train both new employees and improve those who already work with the system,” said the director of the Legislative School, Jeulliano Pedroso. The training is in line with the ALEP management’s objective, he added, of reducing the use of paper and improving management systems.

The SEI training was provided by the systems analyst from the Assembly's Information Technology Department, Milena Renner. “SEI is the system that manages the production and processing of the Assembly's administrative documents,” she said.

According to the technique, the goal is to ensure that new servers understand the platform and can use it correctly in their daily activities. With SEI, the server initiates the process, controls and monitors the progress of all requests made.

The Electronic Information System is a platform for managing digital processes and documents. It supports the production, editing, signing and processing of documents, using modules and functionalities.

SEI promotes innovative work practices, argues the Legislative Assembly. The technology “increases administrative efficiency, reduces costs and time, and allows remote access to processes and documents,” he explains.
