The cooperative members of Sicoob Três Fronteiras will receive almost R$10 million deposited directly into their account, for the institution's performance in 2024. There will be R$4,7 million left over, next month, approved at the Ordinary General Meeting (AGO) on the 10th, which will be added to R$4,8 million from the turn of the year, as interest on the share capital.
The assembly, with a record number of participants from Paraná and Rio Grande do Sul, brought together directors, advisors and delegates elected by the cooperative members. This organizational model sets Sicoob apart from conventional institutions. The AGM ensures effective participation and horizontal deliberations, and had already connected eight thousand people in a preparatory online meeting in March.
Sicoob Três Fronteiras detailed and celebrated another year of sustained growth and results considered historic. The number of members stands out, increasing by 17%: more than 64 thousand people share the benefits of associations, financial justice and a model in which prosperity is for everyone.
Another highly celebrated figure was the R$1,1 billion mark in financial assets, an exponential growth of 21%. This growth is mainly due to the supply of credit, an indicator in which the cooperative grew 38% last year, more than double the financial market average (15%) and well above the cooperative system (20%).
“The numbers show the confidence of our members and the solidity of the institution,” summarized the CEO of Sicoob Três Fronteiras, Dirceu Tessaro. “We have everything a bank offers, such as cards, credit, consortium and pension plans, but under more favorable conditions. And what the cooperative generates does not go away, it stays in the community,” he emphasized.
The leader also highlighted the social role. “If we celebrate the good numbers, we have countless achievements that help build a better society. We support initiatives throughout the year, including solidarity actions and transfers that help entities in projects in education, culture, sports and in providing services to people in need,” he concluded.
Steady growth
The Chairman of the Board of Directors, Dimas Bragagnolo, reinforced the importance of maintaining constant growth, with planned decisions and continuous monitoring of goals and indicators. He also stated that expectations remain high, heading towards the 25th anniversary of the founding of Sicoob Três Fronteiras, which will be celebrated in 2026.
“If we had another historic year of achievements, we can only thank our members and the dedication of each employee, as well as this capable and committed team of directors, advisors and delegates,” he pointed out. “It is with this confidence and hard work that we will celebrate new results in the 25 years of our cooperative,” highlighted Dimas.

President of the Commercial and Business Association of Foz do Iguaçu (ACIFI), Danilo Vendruscolo highlighted the cooperative’s ties with the city and the region, as well as its role in contributing to development. “Sicoob Três Fronteiras is safe, secure, and its indicators show this. We can only celebrate having one of the best cooperatives in Brazil,” he said.
Sicoob Central Unicoob was represented by Márcio Gonçalves, who praised the results. “We have just awarded 15 cooperatives from our headquarters with 43 awards. Sicoob Três Fronteiras alone received 17 of these awards, one of them for using its structure in the best way to deliver to its members. This gives you an idea of the scale of this work.”
