Create a neutral tourism zone by classifying Puerto Iguazú as such. Registering only tourists who go into Argentina. This would alleviate 80% of the queue and greatly increase the revenue of Puerto Iguazú merchants.
Invest and enjoy your neighborhood on foot or by bike, creating new connections. It is more ecological, more economical and people will realize that if the neighborhood is full of problems, it can start to heal! You have to stop chasing happiness thinking that it is somewhere else.
