Called Turisbot, the platform can be consulted at website https://visitaparaguay.com.py/ and on WhatsApp (https://wa.me/595982531576), providing answers in more than 250 languages, using the Senatur database as a reference.

The information available includes lists of attractions in each destination, transportation options between one city and another, accommodation options and gastronomic establishments, as well as useful services for national and foreign travelers.

If Turisbot is unable to respond to the query or the result is not satisfactory, the user can forward the question to one of Senatur's attendants.

In the case of the department (state) of Alto Paraná, whose capital is Ciudad del Este, the virtual assistant suggests attractions such as shopping tourism near the Friendship Bridge, visits to the Itaipu power plant and itineraries in places such as Salto Monday, in addition to mentioning attractions, patronal festivals and services in other municipalities in the border region.
