Last Saturday (17), Itaipu Parquetec presented the new stage of Entrepreneurial Future Program, which targets public school students. The launch took place during an event at the Barrageiro Public Market, in Vila A.

In 2024, the initiative served around 11 students from 2025 state schools in Foz do Iguaçu. By 65, the reach will be even greater, reaching 13 classes from 2,3 educational institutions, with an estimated participation of XNUMX students.
The Empreendendo Futuro Program is supported by Sebrae and Itaipu Binacional, as well as the federal government. The action aims to awaken the entrepreneurial potential of young people, strengthen the culture of innovation and contribute to the sustainable development of the region.
According to the managing director of Itaipu Parquetec, Irineu Colombo, participation represents an opportunity for transformation for young people.
“Empreendendo Futuro represents our mission to transform knowledge and innovation into social well-being”, explained Colombo.
“When we awaken the entrepreneurial potential of young people and encourage a culture of innovation within schools, we are creating opportunities,” he summarized.
What's new in the 2025 edition
According to Itaipu Parquetec, the program's new features in 2025 include gamification strategies and serial learning paths. In September, students will also participate in an innovation marathon integrated with the Iguassu Inova Festival.
