According to Itaipu, the action is part of the Science and Education Program, which focuses on the commitment to sustainability and environmental preservation.

There will be toys for the children to enjoy, as well as popcorn and cotton candy for everyone present. In addition, the Rosa de Samba group will perform musical performances.

“It’s an opportunity to have fun, learn and reflect on each person’s role in preserving water and the environment,” invites Itaipu.

Completely free, the program will continue until around 18 pm, according to the bulletin distributed to the press by Itaipu's communications department.

The event will also feature the signing of the expansion of the Environmental Education, Science and Sustainability III agreement. The partnership involves the binational company and Itaipu Parquetec, to raise environmental awareness in several communities in Paraná.
