Anyone who was a child in the 1980s and 1990s remembers the superheroes from TV cartoons and comic books very well. On Sunday mornings, the cartoon would air in which the heroes would gather in the Hall of Justice to defend the planet from the evils of the worst villains imaginable. The characters were born in the USA, and their headquarters were in Washington. No matter how serious the problems, the ending was always happy.
The children have become voters and seem to be the same ones who reelected Trump, seeing in him the personification of the heroes of the past. And in the White House, the official home of American presidents, the same power emanates from the Hall of Justice. And more than his voters, Trump believes he is the American hero, who will save the US from the world's villains.
By announcing the imposition of additional tariffs on humans and penguins, Trump showed his power. He triggered worldwide tension and transformed the rates customs duties on weapons of war.
In the past, before the internet gave voice to a legion of imbeciles, as Umberto Eco stated, we had the view that rulers should be at least balanced leaders, who treated their allies with respect and their enemies, at the very least, with coherence.
Today, what we realize is that the more crazy a political leader is, the more absurd and warlike his speech is, the more he expands his electoral base. And Trump is an example.
His appearances are in search of the spotlight. His personal economic power is not enough. He really needs to feel that the world is kneeling at his feet.
Watching interviews with economists from the most diverse ideological currents, they talk about a new global order, with new rearrangements, and that the negative consequences, unlike what Trump preaches, will also fall on the USA.
Trump christened last Wednesday, the 2nd, as “Liberation Day”. But experts predict that the machine gun will cause inflation, reduced growth and an increase in the unemployment rate not only in the target countries, but also in the US. A shot backfired by the hero of the polls. However, he, his family and his future generations are very well protected. Even those who didn’t pay to see it are already bearing the consequences.
And no one can say that this was electoral fraud. Trump is simply putting his plans into practice. plans: treating the US as one of their companies and the rest of the world as a warehouse.
