And what about Bubas? The same as it has always been, that is, in a situation of total precariousness. This is the largest urban invasion in the entire state of Paraná.
We need to regularize the land situation with its legitimate owner, paying what is agreed and due. Only then will we be able to think about improvements for all the families living there.
Once the entire area has been regularized, the city government must begin laying out streets for the entire area. Water must then be supplied to all lots, as well as electricity to the lots and the streets that have been laid out.
Then, present the projects for the construction of houses, larger or smaller, with one or two floors, so that the next stage can be moved on to.
Seek resources from the federal government, through Minha Casa, Minha Vida, or from the state government, through Cohapar, for the construction of the houses. It is good that these can be different and interspersed for better coexistence and more beautification of the entire project.
Immediately afterwards, schools, public colleges, churches, markets, leisure areas with sports courts and swimming pools for bathing and various training activities were built.
If people have their own homes, paying their monthly installments, they will also be acquiring their right to full citizenship, which is absolutely fundamental for good social coexistence.
Children and young people will have suitable places to study, whether in schools or colleges, or even in their homes, which will enable much better educational work.
Parents, who own their homes, will have better living conditions and will be able to think about dreams that will come true, about social improvements for them and their children and families.
All this work is essential in a tourist city, which must ensure the good coexistence of all its residents, without exception. The best way is exactly this: to meet a pressing need, which has been felt for a long time, and now we have the real possibility of finding a solution for all this population of our city.
