Carnival in Foz do Iguaçu is not restricted to the official downtown schedule. The festivities are present in neighborhoods, bars, nightclubs and cultural associations, with the hallmark of diversity and independent production.

Turn into a coconut
This Saturday, the 1st, starting at 17:30 pm, the Pisêres de Embaúba group invites you to the Bloco Vira Coco party, with lots of music, dancing and cold draft beer. The event will be at Florir House (Romario Vidal Street, 816, in Vila Yolanda).
CarnaZep
Traditional, for all tastes and styles, the CarnaZep goes until Tuesday, the 4th, with festivities every night. To start the fun, Rock Folia, this Saturday, the 1st, with the bands Caiçara and Corleone.
Carnival Sunday has the Pagode do Oscar: “I’m still here”. The Baile do Fumê and Unidos do Zeppelin will be performing on Monday, the 3rd; the closing is with the Electronic Carnival, on Tuesday.

Still this Saturday, Point invites partygoers to a night of cold beer, carnival and reggae, with a tribute to Bob Marley. The venue opens at 19pm. The venue is located at Angelim Favassa, 339, Jardim Universitário.
Ultraviolet Carnival
Want to stay in the center? “Okay, you win.” Purple Flesh It goes from an ultraviolet costume party, on two dance floors, to the rhythm of pop, funk and carnival music. The nightclub is located on Avenida JK, near the corner with República Argentina.

No Authentic Bar, the block is already formed. Until Wednesday, the 5th, the schedule will include carnarock and a costume party, crazy hair day, Bloquinho Authentic sunset and a funk night to finish.
Carnival of Lies is true
In the northern area, in Vila C, the carnival party will take place at Praça da Mentira, next Tuesday, the 4th, starting at 16 pm. The program includes maracatu, afoxé, discotheque and popular cultures.
“This carnival is organized by groups from the northern zone,” explain the promoters of the Carnival of Lies. And it seeks to “bring the carnival to our neighborhoods and show that if we organize ourselves we don’t have to go all the way to the center to enjoy a good party,” they add.
