Located in the Boicy neighborhood, it is one of the oldest I know. If not the oldest!
It has been there for over 50 years, but it dates back to the time of Santos Dumont, and was “saved” by the Borges family.
They arrived at Foz and went to live there, which was well preserved for their forty-something years.
So good, that they decided to take it with them! This is where Dona Rosa's family still lives today, and loves to live.
