The Iguaçu Falls will be the setting for the Caldeirão com Mion program. The program will showcase a bit of local culture, border delights and the city's beautiful landscapes. The episodes are part of Caldeirão de Inverno, connecting other regions to the destination.
For presenter Marcos Mion, the Falls are the “most beautiful stage of the program”. In conversation with the portal H2FOZ, he commented that “work doesn’t allow you to enjoy the city properly, but it gives you the opportunity to meet incredible people and stories in every corner.”

Geninho Simonetti, the program's artistic director, explained that recording outside the studio is a way to experience the country's diverse realities. "And this is a destination that offers extraordinary beauty. It's part of our role as a television channel to show this to viewers, to offer many people the chance to get to know a little bit of these wonders," he said.
It took two months of planning to structure the program in Foz do Iguaçu, both to make the space viable and to seek out the stories of the residents. The expectation of Caldeirão's production manager, Tatynne Lauria, is that "we can make the most of this stay and that this materializes on the screen, enchanting the audience."
Inside the Iguaçu National Park, a structure was set up to welcome guests and the band Lúcio Mauro e Filhos. Performances of the Sobe o Som segment were recorded, a game in which two pairs compete to guess selected songs with chords and the minimum number of instruments, in addition to several interviews.

The activities in Foz were supported by the Municipal Department of Tourism and the Visit Iguassu association. Caldeirão com Mion is hosted by Marcos Mion and artistically directed by Geninho Simonetti. The production is by Tatynne Lauria and Matheus Pereira, and the genre direction is by Monica Almeida. The programs will air in July.
