
Between April 18 and 21, Iguaçu National Park received a total of 48.546 visitors. According to the concessionaire Urbia Falls, this number represents a record for tourism in Foz do Iguaçu.

Until then, the busiest long weekend at Iguaçu Falls was Carnival 2019, when 40.533 Brazilians and foreigners were there.
Breaking down the holiday by day, Good Friday had 14.086 visitors to Foz do Iguaçu's main attraction. Holy Saturday brought 12.837 tourists and locals to the Falls, while Easter Sunday attracted 15.702 people.
Monday (21), a national holiday in Tiradentes, ended as the day with the lowest traffic, with 5.921 tickets sold. Even so, the flow was higher than on a normal Monday.
Visitors of 75 nationalities visited the Falls via Foz do Iguaçu during the four days of the holiday, with Brazilians, Argentines and Paraguayans standing out. The Holy Week and Easter period are among the few tri-national holidays in the border region.
Bird Park
Located in the main tourist corridor of Foz do Iguaçu, the Bird Park received 23.017 visitors over the holiday weekend. According to the attraction's management, 17.679 came from Brazil itself, followed by Argentina (2.900) and Paraguay (819).
As for the origin of Brazilian visitors, five states lead the list: Paraná (7.113), São Paulo (3.114), Santa Catarina (2.707), Rio Grande do Sul (2.159) and Rio de Janeiro (838).
Landmark of the Three Borders
O Landmark of the Three Borders also had, according to the complex's administration, the best long weekend since the revitalization of the attraction, in 2015.
According to the figures released, 13.910 people visited Marco between April 18 and 21, including tourists and residents of Foz do Iguaçu. The busiest visit occurred on Good Friday, with 4.696 visitors.
Itaipu Binational
In the attractions of Itaipu power plant, 14.147 visitors enjoyed the long weekend of Holy Week, Easter and Tiradentes. As in the Iguaçu National Park, the biggest movement occurred on Sunday, with 4.584 visits.
According to Turismo Itaipu, the Itaipu Panorâmica tour led the demand (10.302), followed by Itaipu Especial (1.495) and Itaipu Iluminada (1.011). The Bela Vista Biological Refuge received 748 visits, while the Ecomuseum had 552 and Itaipu By Bike received 39 cyclists.
