According to the company, the CCR Group, which includes airport operations, is adopting the name Motiva. With the change, the conglomerate aims to reinforce its prominence as the largest mobility infrastructure company in Brazil.
In the case of airports, Motiva currently manages 17 Brazilian air terminals. According to the company, in 16 of them, such as Foz do Iguaçu, the implementation of the new identity will happen gradually, finalizing by 2026.
“The name change reflects much more than a new brand. It symbolizes a more modern, more human company, focused on the future and with a much greater scope of operations,” says Monique Henriques, Business Director.
“We want society throughout the state of Paraná to feel part of this new chapter in our history,” he adds.
In Paraná, in addition to Foz do Iguaçu, Motiva manages the airports of São José dos Pinhais/Curitiba, Bacacheri/Curitiba and Londrina.
The group also maintains three airport operations outside Brazil, in countries in the Americas. In 2024 alone, more than 45 million passengers passed through terminals managed by Motiva.
Foz do Iguaçu International Airport has been under the management of Motiva since March 2022. After the concessionaire took control, the terminal received investments such as expansion of areas for passengers and cargo. In addition, new ventures arrived at the airport.
