The World Travel Market (WTM), the world’s most influential travel and tourism event, brings together more than 40 professionals until next Friday (08), in London. With the theme “Travel Power”, the fair places travel as a driving force for development and well-being, exploring a new model of regenerative tourism that revitalizes and nourishes tourist destinations.
Visit Iguassu was selected to represent Destino Iguaçu as a co-exhibitor at the EMBRATUR booth, alongside the Municipal Department of Tourism. The participation seeks to strengthen the destination’s global visibility and expand strategic relationships through pre-scheduled meetings with international buyers. “Foz do Iguaçu will be presented as a multifaceted year-round destination, highlighting some of the beautiful places that travelers have yet to discover,” comments Even Mota, from the Visitors sector at Visit Iguassu.
With three days of intense programming, the fair includes meetings with travel agencies and tour operators, offering a unique platform to plan and maximize commercial partnerships.
WTM also provides Visit Iguassu with an opportunity to promote Foz do Iguaçu as a destination that goes beyond conventional tourism, valuing sustainable practices and environmental conservation, in line with the fair's new focus on regenerative tourism.
